What is it?
This recording is intended to be a sonic shortcut to TRUE SELF POWER: According to the mystic teachings of the Sufis, two notes can be used as wormholes to access cosmic consciousness and to activate your soul: 1. Your birth note, and 2. Your soul note. Begin by listening to your birth note; always use a good quality headset; feel the vibe of your birth note, where you sense it in your body, and how it affects your mind and emotions. Next, begin to listen to other notes; perhaps you are intuitively drawn to a particular note; be playful as you listen. Other suggestions: You can create playlists in your iTunes library based on your natal chart, the chakra notes C,D,E,F,G,A,B, or the endocrine notes, which are all the sharp notes. In addition to listening to the recordings, you can explore toning along; what happens to me when I do this – still listening with a good headset – I feel my body & aura expanding deep, high, and wide.
